We will spend several hours throughout this weekend in silence. This practice encourages you to pursue the world from inside and retreat from your usual patterns of living. Silence helps to promote deep inner peace so you have the strength to move forward in times of turbulence and uncertainty. Includes: Labyrinth Meditation Walk and Peaceful Yoga. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness activities are woven within each silent activity.
