Join Holistic Wellness Coach, Veronica Clark, in this interactive class focused optimal nutrition according to Ayurveda. In this course, you will take a fun quiz to help you identify your dosha (individual nature) and then apply scientific health strategies to help you create a new approach to food choices, diet, and weight loss. We will also explore: The “six tastes of foods”, how food impacts the mind and body. Includes recipes and delightful Ayurvedic treats to sample! Please note: Participants will enjoy a sampling of Ayurvedic food but this is not a cooking class.
