The Breakthrough You Need 

Begin to think about how your current characteristics reflect your wildish nature and how you will work to integrate them to help you live your best life yet.

For this journaling activity, you are being invited to identify one breakthrough you would like to achieve as a result of joining the Wild Woman tribe.

Reflect on how this breakthrough can change the trajectory of your life and help you to start living the life that you have always dreamed of. 

Find a comfortable meditation position and remain silent. Let your breath fill up your lungs and then allow the breath to exit your body. Breathe in a sense of calm and then ask your subconscious mind to share what breakthrough would be the most supportive for you in this moment. 

Remain silent. Wait for the truth to reveal itself. It may take sometime. 

Set your insight timer for 10 minutes and allow what bubbles up to the surface to come up. Try to change what feels uncomfortable. Remain open.
