SILENCE

We will spend several hours throughout this weekend in silence. This practice encourages you to pursue the world from inside and re-engineer your usual patterns of living. Silence helps to promote deep inner peace so you have the strength to move forward in times of turbulence and uncertainty. Includes: Labyrinth Meditation Walk and Peaceful Yoga. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness activities are woven within each silent activity. 

LIBERATION - THE WILD WOMAN'S WAY

Shakti is alive and well! Burrowed deep within each woman is a soulful, ancient wisdom. This wisdom carries seeds of creativity, love, sensuality, sexuality, and healing. During this Wild Woman weekend, you will  tap into the wisdom of the body and allow that wisdom to spill forth in sound and song then finally into its metamorphic liberation dance!

Accept this invitation to  you will partake in courageous, conscious communication and apply techniques that will help you live in the world with more confidence.  By anchoring the energetic transformation in your heart and mind you return home ready to navigate the uncharted territory of your life!

INTUITIVE EATING USING MINDFULNESS (MSBR) TECHNIQUES

Breakfast will be enjoyed in silence and in mindful way as a symbol of recognition of our own sacredness and purity. 

Fuel your body for the physical, mental, and spiritual journey that you will undertake during this intensive. This weekend course includes 3 full meals a day. Each menu item in our buffet line is clearly labeled, allowing you to follow your own unique dietary needs. This includes catering for:

  • Gluten-free

  • Soy-free

  • Vegan

  • Dairy-free

  • Pesco-vegetarian (fish and dairy are included)
