So come with me. Let us begin to look behind the door, beyond the veil, past the script and illusion of separateness. Let's venture outside of the deadening grips of conformity and meander in through the doorway

Letting go of the old story is hard sometimes
…and then we realize we just don’t want to be in bondage anymore so we start looking for something. we may not even be sure what we’re looking for but we know it’s not this. not the same story. the same boring rhetoric about the shit that people have done to us; all the things we’ve lost. all of the pain we’ve experienced. we decide we’re going to let that go and take back our power so that the old stuff doesn’t keep us stuck in the hamster wheel of yesteryear.
we realize that we are worth so much more than wadded up memories and partial apologies that we’d hoped would come for so long … but just never came. we don’t care anymore. we don’t need the “im sorrys’” if they come, cool but if not we’re already on to a new terrain and it doesn’t look anything like to old one.
