Aligned Community Offerings

Workshops

Join us for one in-depth workshop each month, held on the second Sunday at 9:00 a.m. MST. for 1.5 hours. These workshops are designed to promote interpersonal growth, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Each workshop provides a safe and supportive space to explore these themes and build tools for personal and relational transformation.

Yoga Sessions

Every other Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. MST, we offer one-hour yoga sessions perfect to unwind after a long day. These sessions can include a variety of yoga styles.

Each session incorporates breathwork, meditation, and shavasana to provide a holistic experience of movement, stillness, and inner connection. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.

  • Dive deep into reconnecting with your inner child. This workshop fosters healing, self-compassion, and understanding of how childhood experiences shape your present life.

  •  Explore the eight fundamental desires that guide human behavior. Learn how to align these desires with your highest purpose for a more fulfilling life.

  • Understand the dynamics of relationships by exploring the balance between masculine and feminine energies. Gain tools to cultivate harmony and connection in your interactions.

  • Learn about the seven chakras, their functions, and how to balance these energy centers for overall well-being. This session includes guided practices to connect with and align your chakras.

  • Tap into the power of your feminine energy to unlock creativity, intuition, and flow. This workshop supports self-expression and empowerment.

  • Embark on a journey of self-discovery and identity. This workshop helps you connect with your authentic self and cultivate a strong sense of "I Am."
