Experience as a Student: Before facilitating, it's essential that you participate in at least one Body Temple training as a student. This firsthand experience is critical for gaining a deep understanding of the curriculum and the experiential flow of the program.
Assisting Roles:
First Step in Facilitation: Assisting at a Body Temple training is your initial step towards becoming a facilitator. This role involves supporting the lead facilitator, managing logistical aspects of the workshop, and engaging with participants in a supportive capacity.
Hands-on Learning: While assisting, you'll observe and learn the nuances of workshop management, including how to handle group dynamics, participant engagement, and the pacing of activities.
Application of Learned Skills: This role provides a practical opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge you've acquired throughout the program. As an assistant, you will implement your understanding of facilitation techniques, participant interaction, and content delivery in a real-world setting.

Co-Facilitation Experience
Transition to Leadership: After successfully assisting in at least one training, you will co-facilitate a subsequent workshop. This role is more involved, requiring you to take part in delivering content and leading sessions alongside Veronica or another senior facilitator.
